Magic Mushroom Symbols
Despite there being just three reels, there is a surprisingly large number of symbols on the reels. That doesn’t always bode well for players. The more symbols there are, the harder it is to win. However, given that the twenty-seven lines run every which way across the reels, wins are easier to come by than you might expect.
The candles, green books, guitars, and gold thread are worth between 8x and 12x your bet. Red and green fairies can deliver wins worth 20x your bet, while purple/pink fairies offer 30x your bet. Orange-hatted fairies offer 80x your stake, while blue fairies cough up 200x your bet. All wins in this game must be three-of-a-kind combos.
There is one other symbol worth mentioning here. It is the wild symbol. Appearing as a giant, magical toadstool, this is the wild symbol in Magic Mushroom. It can replace any other icons without exception. Wilds can appear stacked, and if they do so on the middle reel, they will expand into a giant icon and trigger a re-spin.
The re-spin bonus is played with the fully expanding wild frozen in play. The first and third reels will then re-spin with just one randomly chosen symbol and blank symbol spots. This means you’re guaranteed a three-of-kind combo or nothing at all.
