The weekly transaction amount for regular players is limited to €7,500, while the monthly limit is capped at €15,000, so if you withdraw amounts that exceed the limits, they will be paid out in installments. VIP players will have higher transaction limits, and earnings from progressive jackpots are not subject to any restrictions.
There is no possibility to put deposit restrictions on cryptocurrencies, thus players should only use fiat payment methods for banking if they want to set transaction limits on their accounts.
If you notify the casino within 24 hours of the transaction, or within one month if your account has been accessed by someone else, a refund may be considered, but you must bear all charges associated with the procedure.
