CryptoZpin may close down accounts that have not been logged into for 90 consecutive days. During this ‘Sleeping Period’, the account will be considered inactive and players will be notified of it. If players do not log in within 14 days of the notification and activate their account again, the casino will close the account and charge 10% of the remaining balance of a minimum of €5 each month. Players can reinstate their account and get all of the funds back if they contact the casino before the balance reaches 0.
All withdrawals are paid out within 2 business days but it can be faster for VIP players, and if you raise more than one cashout request at once, each request will only be processed 2 business days after the last one. Wherever possible, withdrawals will be sent back to the payment processor by which the deposits were made and the casino reserves the final decision on it. All player accounts must be verified before a cashout request can be made and approved by the financial team.
