Space Wins allows you to add up to three payment cards to your account. Note that all payment methods must be owned by, and registered in the same name as, the person whose name appears on the Space Wins account.
Pay by Mobile players can deposit a minimum of £5 as a minimum deposit limit, though the minimum deposit limit at the casino is £10. It should be noted that any ‘deposit limit’ you have set up at the account level will remain in place and take priority and you will be charged a £2.50 transaction fee for all withdrawals.
In a single transaction, you have an unrestricted right to withdraw your entire real money balance. However, some withdrawal requests may require you to complete and satisfy additional due diligence, account activity checks, and verification checks, which may delay your withdrawal. Withdrawal payments are made within the normal banking cycle, and funds typically take 1-5 working days to reach your bank account.
You will need to provide certain documents after registering your account in order to process your first withdrawal at the casino. In order to process your withdrawal or to verify your age/identity, you’ll typically need a government-issued ID, a recent utility bill, the front of your registered card with some of the digits blocked, and sometimes a notarized ID document.
It will take an average of three days to complete the verification of your identity documents and your withdrawal will appear as ‘pending’ on your account. In the event that your ID documents are rejected, any pending withdrawals will be returned to your account within 48 hours. On the other hand, if your submitted ID documents are verified, any pending withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.
